Crystal C. Shaw is the Chief Operating Officer for the Max McGraw Wildlife Foundation. She previously served as the Executive Director and CEO of the Illinois Conservation Foundation. Ms. Shaw spent her earlier career in real estate and executive search advisory and consulting assisting search firms and businesses with c-level recruitment within privately held and PE-backed companies across industries.
Ms. Shaw holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Environmental Sciences from the University of Missouri, Columbia. She currently serves as Vice President and board member for the Annie Oakley Shooters of Northern Illinois, co-founder of Shane’s Anglers, benefitting Cal’s Angels and committee member of the Chicago Downtown Chapter of Ducks Unlimited. She formerly served as an Auxiliary Board Member of the Sue Duncan Children’s Center. Ms. Shaw enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, fly fishing and bird hunting.
